Em 2009, foi votado como 9º Melhor Album de Todos Os Tempos, na MTV.
Foi eleito o album debut que vendeu mais rápido na história da Inglaterra.
O nome veio de uma quote do ator Albert Finney, no filme dos anos 1960s, “Saturday Night and Sunday Morning”. Alex ainda afirmou que algumas canções foram inspiradas no mesmo personagem.
A foto da capa é de Chris McClure – um amigo da banda, vocalista da banda The Violet May. Ela foi tirada no bar Korova, em Liverpool.
